Vida en la Calle (Life on the Streets) is a project in Medellín, Colombia that has been running for almost 10 years. Through the sharing of food and Lifewords Bible resources, project worker Sara Jane Rodrigues says the project has been effective in making a difference in the lives of many people living on the streets.
“It is amazing to see how God acts in the lives of these people through Lifewords literature,” says Sara. It shows us that the Word of God does not return empty. Many people living on the streets have made a collection of Lifewords publications. They show us what they already have and ask us if there is anything new. Over the years, many of them have shared with us how these words have brought hope to their lives in moments of loneliness on the streets!”

How will we use these funds?
All money raised will be spent on producing and sending Lifewords Bible resources. Take a look at some of the examples in which we can help resource Christians globally:
- 10 EUR: A monthly supply of booklets for a Christian in Kenya or Nigeria to help them share good news with friends and neighbours.
- 25 EUR: A two- or three-week supply of resources for a group of Christians reaching out to prostitutes and homeless people in a European city.
- 50 EUR: A two-month supply of resources shared with children and young people in Filipino orphanages.
- 100 EUR: A supply of resources for a large outreach event taking place over several days and organised by a local church in Brazil.
